Smart Rivers 2022 是由国际航运协会（World Association for Maritime and River Infrastructure，简称PIANC）主办的国际学术会议。SMART Rivers 是 Strategic Maritime Asset Research and Transformation for the 21st Century River Systems的英文首字母缩写，是交流内河航运可持续发展领域最新进展的顶级平台。自2004年首次举办以来，每2年在美国和欧洲轮流举办一次，2022年将首次在亚洲举办。
