Chen LiMing, Senior Engineer and Master of Science in Enviromental Planning and Management from Nanjing University, majored in research on model simulation analysis and application of water resource, water environment, water ecology and flood control,and has lead or attended more than 10 national or provincial research projects, e.g. National Science and Techonolgy Support Program, National Key Research and Develeopment Program and National Nature Science Foundation.As the lead author of more than 20 research reports, Mr. Chen has coedited 2 books, published more than 10 thesis including 2 SCI/EI retrieved papers, and also has obtained 4 National Invention Patents, 2 Utility Model Patent and 9 Software.
